What is ONLN RESTAURANT ORDER On My Bank Statement?
We provide technology and online payment processing facility to restaurants. You may have ordered from one of your local restaurant's website that uses our services. If you'd like to know more, please email to accounts@orderspar.com.au
What is your refund policy?
Refunds can only be issued if the restaurant where food was ordered sends Order Spar a request to issue the refund. The decision to issue refund remains with restaurant owner who fulfill the service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders placed through restaurant website can only be cancelled directly by calling the restaurant. Please remember to ask the restaurant to request from Order Spar refund for order number and restaruant name.
What is your Delivery policy?
Deliveries are fulfilled by either restaurant themselves or third party delivery partners. Please call the restaurant directly if there is an issue with your delivery and quote the online order number.
